Editorial standards

These rules govern how Ragdoll Hit publishes game pages, category guides, and trust pages. The goal is simple: players should get accurate controls and honest notes about the embed they are about to open—not filler copied from a store page.

Who is responsible for content

The Ragdoll Hit editorial team owns all on-site copy: game guides, FAQs, category explanations, and policy pages. We decide what is published, what is updated, and what is demoted when quality slips. We are not the rights holders of most embedded games; we are responsible for the words, structure, and testing notes that appear on ragdollhit.info.

Editorial contact: info@ragdollhit.info.

How game information is verified

  • Controls, modes, and difficulty claims are checked against the live embed on the game page—not against screenshots or marketing blurbs alone.
  • Desktop and mobile behavior are tested separately when the build offers both. If a feature only works on keyboard, we say so.
  • Third-party hosting is disclosed. If the playable file is served from an external host, the page states that the build is embedded for convenience and that guides on this site are our editorial work.
  • Topical fit matters: we prioritize ragdoll, stickman, and physics titles for core ranking. Peripheral games may stay in the catalog at lower sitemap priority.

The playtest checklist lives on How we review games.

How we handle errors

  • Wrong controls or broken facts: we correct the page after retesting the embed, and bump the visible “last updated” date on that game.
  • Dead or broken embeds: we try a host fix first. If play stays broken, we remove the page from high-priority surfaces and mark status until it works again.
  • Player reports: email info@ragdollhit.info with the game URL, device/browser, and what went wrong. We prioritize reports that affect load, input, or safety.

How we update games

  • Routine updates follow embed or mechanic changes: new weapons, control remaps, mobile pad changes, or host URL swaps.
  • Each meaningful refresh should update the game’s last modified date and, when useful, a short “recent updates” note on the page.
  • Category guides and site positioning pages are revised when the catalog focus changes (for example, strengthening ragdoll / stickman / physics hubs).
  • We do not mass-generate thin pages to inflate the sitemap. New titles should clear the review checklist before they compete with core assets for crawl attention.

How we handle copyright

Game assets and playable builds remain the property of their respective owners and hosts. Our contribution is the editorial layer: testing notes, controls documentation, strategy text, and site UX.

  • Rights holders can request removal or correction of embeds, thumbnails, or text that they believe infringes their rights.
  • Send the game URL, your contact details, and a clear description of the claim to info@ragdollhit.info. We review copyright mail before general feedback.
  • Valid requests are handled by removing or replacing the contested material and updating the affected page. Process details: Copyright policy.

What we will not do

  • Publish index-ready pages for embeds we cannot load.
  • Copy store descriptions as if they were original guides.
  • Hide third-party hosting or pretend every title is first-party.
  • Ignore verified copyright or safety reports.
